Hello,

I have been playing in 10Bet before, i have taken 2 bonuses from them.

Now that i went there once again since they offered 10euro bonus. I betted and when i tryed to make a withdraw they say that i have to wager ALL BONUSES that i have got during my time in 10Bet.. So it is about 3000euros for 10euro bonus.

I have 360euros in there and if i would make a withdraw i would lose over 70euros. Just because i deposited 100euros few days ago and got 10euro bonus. My balance was 0e before that deposit.

What shoudl i do? Please help me... I have contacted support and they say i have to wager all bonuses..

I had similar problem with luckyacecasino. I recieved a 10$ freebie bonus and got lucky in vipeopoker and tried to withdraw 200$. They told me I had 8000$ of wagering left from my sign-up bonus( which I busted).

But when I insisted them to show me the term where it says previous bonuses have to be wagered even if the balance drops to zero, they gave me my winnings. Some casinos and sportsbooks always try to get you keep playing. Don't give up too easy.

I had a similar problem once. I played a bonus in blackjack but blackjack was not allowed game so I couldn't withdraw. However, the terms didn't say bj wasn't allowed so I fought with support and they finally paid me manually. Then after some time when they offered a new bonus (sportsbook) I had already forgotten that and had the old bj bonus wagering requirement still there. One strict email to support "take the wr off" was enough.

Was your balance 0.00 euros before you started this bonus? Not 0.01 or anything else but 0.00? If it was, there's no need to wager old bonuses anymore.

10bet is very nasty when they decide not to like you. A friend started to play their signup sportsbook bonus even though I said it's not good. He got into troubles immediately. He noticed that he has turned to a 10bet's arbitrase warner without salary e.g. when he tried to bet with an odds of 2.0, he never got the bet, instead there was about 10 min waiting and after that the program allowed the player to bet the whole amount with and odds of 1.75 or 1.8 maybe! He decided to abandon the bonus and withdraw. He had wagered about 3x his deposit in that time but was charged 8% from withdrawal. They have a rule that if player don't wager 5x deposit, charge of 3-8% can be taken. I have never been charged more than €1.

So basically they can be evil but with stric but polite emails, problems can be solved.

Yeah 10bet are almost rogue, they have canceled winning bets refering to error in odds.

Thank you very much for your answers. It seems that i had 0.02 euros in my account. So i have no reason to complain anymore... I just have to play and hope that it will bust or withdraw and lose 70 euros..
