Hello everyone, I am new here. I would like to get your advice. I got a free $50 no deposit bonus at bet OT. I wanted to see if they paid, but I have lost the free $50. I am thinking of depositing there and get the 400% moneybooker special that they have. Has anyone heard of them?

So basically it means that monies should be safe in general, but site/service is not greatest. I am quite sure that majority of the sportsbooks on WG's best sportsbooks rate better, so you might wanna try them instead.

How long can it take to get money back from Betot? Any experiences? I made withdraw request 20 days ago and it is still in "pending" state. I sent e-mail maybe week ago to customer support and haven`t got any answer.

They have serious problems, BetOT is not recommended place by us currently.

You have to contact by email richard@betphoenix.com to get your money (Bet Phoenix is a parent company of BetOT). You have to send him your account details, amount owed, your payment details etc. relevant information about your withdrawal.

I haven`t got any answer from that Richard guy. I have waited 3 days now, but maybe there is nothing else I could do than wait more. I really don`t want to lose 2200$ this way after that acropolis 800€ loss..

He arranges all the player withdrawal problems, if he does not answer to your email in like 4 days, sent another email to him with something like "IMPORTANT" in your message subject.

I did that and then waited one week more. Still no answer. Payout has been in "pending" state over a month now..
