I understood correctly. But the whole idea is to bet *early* bets early week and there are several days between *earlys* and *updates* so you really should have made the early bets well before update even comes. So I just don't see the point why early bets should be included in update emails anymore(?)

If then you (or someone else) is only using the service to get other opinion on his own estimates, then of course you don't need to take a look at the bets section of the email at all, just the estimates.

Same with this - Aapo doesn't even go through early week bets and odds anymore when doing the update email, because the early bets should have been placed days ago already. So it's just "no can do" if there has happened some kind of mass injury or something, the early bets should be in already.


Maybe you are referring to this Christmas time when there was only like one day between early and update tips - that is not normal schedule when they are playing normal rounds but there are several days between early and updated tips in the future. So you should have actually already even "forgotten" the early tips at the time when update email comes. This Christmas schedule was just a bit special. Hope this helps? Many people have said that it would be horrible idea to have early week bets in the update email too, because excatly for the reason that A) they may not be value bets anymore (changes in odds and sometimes in estimates because of roster changes) B) it would be confusing - some people don't use formatted text emails so bolding or other stylings wouldn't work to separate them.

UPDATE:

The early tips many days before the games should be placed immediately when they come, ok. But what about the updated tips which come just hours before the games? Is it generally better to wait as long as possible or should I place also these bets as soon as the tips arrive?

Yes, as soon as possible is usually the best option.

Then the overall luck must be even because I hit all the bets (6) yesterday and today! Over 20 units up! I play only Premier League but I didn't play all the tipped games because my money transfer Neteller -> Bank account -> Moneybookers -> 188bet is still in progress.

I think overall the scores are still pretty great even though some big bets have missed in January.

One has to keep in mind that we can make "real" conclusions after like 1000 bets or so. Until that it's pretty much variance.
