I made a deposit and played couple hands BJ at instant play casino but haven't received the bonus. I've been waiting about 1 hour. Has anybody else had problems with this bonus?

I played that couple of weeks ago and had some problems to get the bonus. First support claimed that I didn't use correct bonus link on their page and I had to make a new deposit. After this (and playing couple of hands) I still didn't get the bonus and support admitted that they had some problems in their bonus system. I think it took 4-7 days to get the bonus, but after that there wasn't any problems.

I deposited 400€ to bwin to play instant casino 40x 50% 200€ bonus.. I thought that bonus will come after deposit so I bought only 100€ casino chips and started wagering.. Of course i got only 50€ bonus, should have change 400€ to chips to get 200€ bonus. After that i send message to bwin and asked if they can change bonus to 200€ when i change 400€ to chips. They said they cant do that. Then i tried to withdraw 400 € and they just put 400 back to my balance. I send them a message and got this reply:

It has come to our notice that you requested a pay-out before having wagered the total amount you paid into your account on our website. Please note that pay-outs generally can be made only from obtained winnings.

Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to implement the pay-out, and the requested amount was transferred back to your betting account.

I wagered over 400€ pretty aggro, lost 100€, tried to withdraw again but money was again put back to my bwin account balance! Is there anything i can do to withdraw 300€ or must i try to play again aggro and get my balance over 400€ so i can withdraw it?? I think its pretty amazing that i cant get my money out....

If you have 50€ bonus pending, you have to wager enough to get the bonus released before withdrawal. You can't cancel the bonus anymore since you have started wagering towards it. So the only option is to wager 40x50€=2000€ and then withdraw.

Yes they do, but BWin is not one of them. You have just likely not sent them your ID and have tried to withdraw.

I had similar situation in bwin. They just wanted to see my ID and then they reopened my account. Already thought it was because I grinded several hours with small bet before the closing.

Can anyone tell me some experiences about this place's verification process. I've uploaded the required documents over 4 days ago as they closed my account and sent an email about needing verification, but they still haven't verified it. Why does it take so long?

How long has it usually taken for people to get verified at bwin? Should I reupload the documents?
