Hi there,
I recently joined BWin, played both bonuses and had good wins. Now I have tried to withdraw the money and my account has been disabled. I provided my ID and phoned customer services, I received an email today to tell me that my account was under investigation by the security department. I was asked for scans of the front and back of my card, which I have gladly provided.
I wagered the money in good faith, i have no duplicate accounts, my account details are all correct etc. but I'm a little concerned now that they will not pay out on my winnings. It seems from previous posts that BWin are just extra cautious, and that I should expect to be paid in the end, but can anyone put my mind at ease, have you been through the same thing?

You shouldn't be worried. Could take some time though to get your cash out.

Does the last 50% of my deposit bonus come immediately when I have wagered needed amount or does it take some time?
