Should be automatic. I got this email from them on 18th:

I called customer support. They said that I am only eligible for 50% instant casino bonus. Since I deposited 250€ I didn't even get the maximum bonus of 200€ which I would have gotten if I had deposited 400€. I clicked the affiliate link on this site and registered account, so I don't see how I could have done anything wrong here. Perhaps you could ask about this WG?
