    I must be an exception to the rule, as I haven't receive any email (bonus abuse or anything else), nor have I received any money, but in my LuckyAce account it says that my withdrawal has been "processed". I busted quickly at Casino-on-net before playing at LuckyAce. It's still only been like 10 days so I'm hopeful the money will show up on my credit card soon.

    Several people in casinomeister have reported that they have gotten email from luckyacecasino that they are going to get all their winnings paid. Example from casinomeister:

    "xxx, having received your latest communication I am able to confirm that the issue with your account was referred to senior management for review. Having reviewed your account it has been decided that the way the account was used indicates to us that you operated the account specifically to take advantage of our Bonus Award scheme.

    In such circumstances we reserve the right to permanently block an account, which is what we have done in your case. However, although the account is no longer available for use we will process your cash out request in the sum of $xx. This will be paid out to you in accordance with our cash out policy. "

    I haven't got one yet but hoping for the best. Dunno should I just email them now(demanding to get senior management review my situation) or wait a while. And nice sites btw.

    I received the total amount of my winnings $1.130 on my credit card today!

    Casinomeister himself has now posted this kind of an announcement to his website:

    "Sometimes things move pretty fast here at Casinomeister. I've just gotten off the phone with the owner of Lucky Ace and he has assured me that all players who met the wagering requirements will have their deposits returned and winnings honored."

    Sounds like a good progress to me.

    I've had my deposit back last week, and a couple of days ago I got an email from Luckyace telling me they'll pay my winnings and bonus also. Account will remain locked.

    I don't know on what basis they are sending the mails. I made clear to them that I would be making a complaint to Gibraltar authorities if my winnings were confiscated, so maybe that was a factor.

    I got a reply from cassava today promising to pay my winnings. So I should change my vote . I emailed them regarding my situation so I don't really know are they paying "bonus abusers" who are staying silent. I recommend spamming luckyace if you haven't got an email yet. At least it might speed up the process with you
