I haven't played at Virgin after February when they decided to merge casino and games accounts because they were having serious difficulties.

Now I decided come back and deposit but I have a problem. My deposit doesn't go through. I am using Nordea Visa Electron. So I would like to know if somebody else is having (or had) these same kind of problems and uses Nordea's Visa Electron. How did you solve the problem?

I have already asked help from customer support but they are saying that it isn't their problem and contact your bank agents.
