    Default Gamebookers bonus

I opened account and made a deposit using the bonuscode: GAMEBLOG1. My bonus details show only that sportsbet bonus. I can't find the "forfeit bonus" button. How do I know if I got the casino bonus or not? I got 50€ more in my balance but I don't know which one it is.

Just go to the Blackjack table and bonus sould appear to your cash balance. Transfer 100 € first to your casino account and then go to blackjack table. And when making withdrawals, don't try to withdraw the 25€ sportsbonus. At least I didn't have to forfeit the sportsbonus. Just leave it to your account.

Certainly don't delete this thread. This kind of information is useful, at least for as long as the corresponding list text isn't corrected.

I also received the €25 sports bonus as 'GAMEBLOG1'. I forfeited it in the bonus section of the cashier. Then I moved the €100 to casino account and received the €50 bonus. Also, the casino software is actually NetEnt's (which is fine, but I understood that it used Party's casino software too). It seems that you indeed have to keep in track with the wagering requirements yourself.

Sorry for the confusion. The casino software keeps track of the wagering requirements and you can see it by going to the "Sell chips" page. It tells how much wagering is left.

Does anybody else have had problems to buy chips? My first deposit was 100€ (and I got that sport betting bonus, but I don't want to use it..). And when I try to buy 100 chips I got a message: "The Casino is temporarily unavailable. Please come back soon." It's been like this since beginning (around a week now). I have contacted support team few times, but their advices are just normal jargon like install the latest flash player, erase your cookies and so on... After my latest email they probably got pissed with me 'cause they don't reply anymore.

Probably I just don't realize something very simple things here, so if you any tricks to share, I would really appreciate that!

Are you using FF? When I played it a couple of months ago it was not possible to use FF but with IE it worked just perfectly. I think you should also forfeit the sports bonus to avoid other problems.(My account->bonus details)

TY Jsi. After forfeiting sports bonus I was able to buy chips. It seems that you can find better answers here than what their support team can give you

I'm having trouble selling chips in the casino. When I try to do that, there's this text:

"Warning: Remaining wagering requirement -61.80 EUR
If you sell Casino chips at this time you will forfeit Casino bonus worth 50.00 EUR"

The remaining wagering requirement is indeed negative and the number just keeps growing the more I play, so I have met the requirements according to that.

I have sent two emails to the customer service in the last two days but no response.

Has anyone had similar problems? I did play the sports betting bonus a couple of years ago if that has something to do with this problem.

The customer service finally replied. The problem is with the counter that shows the amount that needs to be wagered. I've actually wagered only about a half of what I'm supposed to.

I think i better start counting the bets myself...
