Sportfanatik welcome bonus 50 $

Has anyone played the sign up bonus of this casino? I opened my account earlier this week, but I have not received the bonus. I have deposit 50 $ to my account, downloaded the casino and placed bets for 10 $. I did contact the live support and they promised to look my case, but I have not received any answers yet.

Now the balanse of my account is 0 $, it should be 50 $. I must say that I really don't recommend this site. Let's hope they are returning my deposit. I'll have to contact the live chat tomorrow, because it is not availeble today.

I have had so many bad experience (I do not mean bad run, but difficulties in cash outs, no replies to emails, closing accounts) in the last casinos (lucky ace, mini vegas, sportfanatik) compared to the first 40 I've played where I had only problems with Yugon Gold. Maybe I now just play the reloads of those casinos that are not cheating me.

The casino did actually return my deposit. So I made a new deposit and received the bonus (50 $). I'll put more information when I have played this bonus.

Now I have played the bonus. I didn't find bonus details (WR) from the software so I calculated my bets with chips and cards. After I had wagered 1 000 $ the bonus was still on hold so I contacted live chat and now I can cash out my bonus. I must say that the support is quite fast (I have send about three emails and they have answered within 12 hours). Let's see how long the cash out will take.

Sorry, kind of messy post (little tired) but:

I created an account and made small deposit ($70) yesterday. Got a weird $7 bonus on my account, so I contacted live chat and asked what it is, and if I was still eligible for free $50 welcome bonus. $7 was some kind of 10% deposit bonus. Support said I was still eligible for free $50 welcome bonus. Both bonuses' WR was 20x, so totalling $1140.

After wagering $1200 I wasn't still able to cash out my bonus money, so I contacted live help chat again and agent there said, that all my activity has been on Online casino and my bonus must be cleared at download casino.

Interesting part is that I was playing at the download casino all the time. The link support provided for the download casino was exactly the same I downloaded and installed yesterday, and had been playing all the time.

Contacted support explaining the same story again. Let's see what happens. Nice run in BJ, but not feeling very good about this casino right now. I'm able to withdraw $117 now, so it's close to +EV even without my $50 bonus but still sucks...

Okay, managed to get the bonus out from Sportfanatik without playing more.

1. Played one BJ deal at download casino and took a screenshot.

2. Emailed Round ID to the support and asked in which casino (online/download) it was played.

3. The support answered that the bet was placed in the online casino.

4. I emailed the screenshot and they finally believed that their database shows the casino version incorrectly.

Muhah, today my cash out was cancelled and they wanted to see some documents, drivers license and utility bill.

These guys just can't stop f***ing with me.

Okay, I know it's quite normal, but after all their mistakes they could just LEAVE ME ALONE!
