So I deposited $500 in Ivegas. They gave me another 500. I win 400 and complete the wagering requirements. I try and withdraw the whole amount. They send me an e-mail saying that they require loads of ID, and that they will only be refunding me 1000 of the withdrawal.

I just lost $400, do they have a leg to stand on to do this. Do I?

It's clearly said that you can cash out only 2x the amount you deposited. So if you deposited 500 you get 1000 back.
