Little problem or misunderstanding in Betfair.

I´am sure that I have wagered over 3000€ at BJ in Betfair. The player profile report stopped to 1915€ and don´t grow anymore. The bonus seems to be playable yet. Is there anyone else who has had similar problems?

I just noticed the same thing. Today's first session shows in wagered amount but the second doesn't.

I made new deposit and transferred it to casino account and the problem solved Maybe the bonus chips don´t full the wagering requirements?

That's the reason. But I have no idea why I could first wager with deposited funds and 2h later those were withdrawable bonus chips.

Betfair has a some technical problem with the wagering counting system. (recieved an email about this issue) I had this problem already in the first part, got stuck to 3700, then counted rest myself and I got the bonus. So I guess its better to count yourself then send an email to them and they check if you have wagered enough.

Ok so the amount I have wagered with the bonusmoney counts for wagering even if it can't bee seen from the player profile? I can still see the amount of hands played.

The bonus wagering requirements has changed to 10xbonus. I think it´s not bad idea to play the bonus throught before it´s sticky bonus with 100xB WR in bingo-keno. Anyway nice bonus from Betfair. I just don´t like changes afterwards.

I turned the 5xB requirements and nothing happened. I asked from support what´s the problem and got following answer:
