Little problem or misunderstanding in Betfair.

Pretty ridiculous IMO, but I didn't think it was worth it to start an email war with support because of this extra 2,4k wagering which is probably worth less than 10 euros in EV. So I didn't complain about it and just played 5xB more, and it was enough to release the bonus.

The Justice in all this was that I won 150€ more from Betfair.

Wagered 11000£. Lost deposits 600£ + 320£ of bonus with 10£ bet size. It is pretty difficult to win when dealer never busts and has bj in every other hand.

OK, so this second part is 10xB wagering (£4000/4800€/$6000) and you can withdraw everything from the casino side of the account but the bonus amount before you start this second part of the wagering, right?

Looks like those requirements are ordered really randomly. Some of the users have wagered only 5x and got them bonus as withdrawable, so after you have wagered that much look if you can make withdrawal...

You dont have to look from anywhere. When wagering is done, pop-up comes and says that you can withdraw the money. I really dont understand how betfair can have 5 stars in many ratings if they change rules like in this case.

Well, I don't know if my wagering requirement would have been 5x or 10x on this latter part, because I busted my $600 bonus balance after wagering $2950 (with $25 bet size).

Chance of this happening according to variance simulator is ~4.4% .

Luckily I won $415 during wagering the first part towards the bonus, so that is my overall gain from this promo.
