I have huge problems with registering with this site. Seems that my email provider (welho) blocks all the emails from there. Or other way around. So I didn't get the username email which is sent when you make account(?) I tried to call them but support with bad asian accent on english didn't understand that much and just said to email them.

I've tried to email them from another email address, but no answer either. Biggest problem here is that during registering I made a deposit worth of 600€ via Moneybookers and that money is there somewhere now. So I can't really make a new account with different email address. Guess I try faxing them next, but any other advices are highly appreciated.

Well, I'd try to email them more from other email address. Very formal but strict and clear email.

If this problem doesn't get solved there are some instances that can help but I am quite sure you get contact to them. They actually answer pretty fast from their support email address, in a few hours. At least gmail doesn't block their emails so try that.

I had the same problem. Didn't get the username and when I asked they said I haven't made a deposit(which I had). I had to send them documents, transaction ID from moneybookers, etc. but finally they gave me my username and everything is worked out fine, even though I had to send them many emails and lost one betting round because of the mess

I got my username too after ~10 mails sent to them. Gmail worked, but Welho and my workmail didn't. Thanks for that Gmail tip. Luckily I didn't lose betting round because I just bet those matches in other places (little lower odds though).

Had similar problem, good thing is their support is very fast.
