I have got it twice or so at Pinnacle so this is kinda common problem.

Pinnacle's site has this info on the problem:

Please clear cache and delete cookies. After doing this, please close your browser and open it again. If possible, it would be better to reboot your computer.

If you are still unable to reach www.pinnaclesports.com, please provide us with your IP address as it appears in www.whatismyip.com

In addition, we would appreciate it if you could also provide us with a tracert by following the next steps:

1. Start
2. Run
3. type "cmd" to open a command window
4. at the command prompt type "tracert www.pinnaclesports.com"
5. copy and paste the results and send to us.

Hello,my initial account on pinnaclesports.com has been created in Romania and it worked just fine ,now i'm living in Italy(the internet connection here is from wind) and first mounth since i've arrived i had no problem playing online poker,but then i had to do a fresh install of the operating system and now i have some problems login in; i've followed the steps and these are the results from the cmd promt command:"tracert www.pinnaclesports.com" after deleting cookies and cleared caches :
