At least when playing normal BJ, dealer won't stay when soft 17 (A,4,2 and then dealing one more card which is of course 4). Is this normal habit for some casinos?

Sportingbet did not act nicely.
Before I deposited, I asked from livesupport how much I have to transfer to casino from sportsbook to get the full 210$ bonus. After getting the right numbers, I deposited 250£, had an intention to play both casino bonus and free bets.
When installing casino, I got an announcement that all of my funds had been transferred to casino! I did not expect this because had asked earlier how much I need to transfer to casino from sports. So I felt like cheated. After playing some rounds BJ I decided to ask WR from support, just to be sure. And they saved my day by telling that WR is (379$+210) X 25 = 14725! Thank you Sportingbet. They required me to wager almost double as much as what would have been right in this case. I got faulty/misleading information from livesupport and they did not want to correct their mistake.
I got on tilt at support, and still a bit sorry for that - but still very annoying experience. And finally - it looks like that they took the free bets offer away while I was depositing/trying casino, the banner was still there one-two hours ago.

Sportingbet`s reputation has declined lately because their poor support and latest promo where nobody really no if BJ is allowed game. These things happen with casinos every now and then.
I don`t know how good sportingbet support usually is but I got very unprofessional service yesterday.

It's been a long time since I've needed the live-support but in my opinion, it's one of the worst supports ever! Even beats Littlewoods live-support in miserability and that's not an easy task! I too felt that the support person is drunk, I explained clearly and with all possible details my problem (which was very common bonus related problem) and he/she answered: "What do you mean?" LOL. How do you deal with these people? The only thing left to do is to write again the same thing and hope he/she understands... Never got the problem solved in this case...
And they really should add blackjack to the restricted games list because it doesn't count towards wagering. I don't if you guys have got the bonus after email-war with support but if you wager in blackjack, don't except the bonus to be released automatically...
I second this. As I stated in another thread about their BJ allowed/not allowed problem (~month ago) I STILL haven't got an answer. After that I've sent emails to them - which have been answered, but with no actual help at all. They just "forward my emails to the casino team". My last email has not been answered, though (I wonder why?):

Let me ask one thing here - have these problems started from the unsure game restrictions in bonus terms (you played BJ even though it was very unsure if it was prohibited or not), or do you talk about different, individual random problems you have encountered and needed support to help in?
