2. Yes, at littlewoods. It was fine, they don`t take conversion fees and neither does Nordea, I asked this specifically and they said no. I also got my money back with correct rate(god damn pound I hate you). I have also used MB there and lost about 5€ in fees(200£ dep.). So I think you should use Electron. And they don`t even ask ID but you get a 10£ bonus for providing it. Withdrawal took about a week.
