    Default Have a spiffy Excel/OO spreadsheet template to share?

    I'm guessing most of you have a spreadsheet of some sort for book-keeping and I'm further guessing that some of you have better spreadsheet-fu (ie. skills) than me. Anyone have a fine-tuned spreadsheet template then to share?

    I have one, but I think it's rather clumsy. I mean, it's easy to insert an entry and I have balances of cash-outs, different net wallets and so forth, but dealing with currencies and dates might be a bit sub-optimal. If anyone's willing to share their template, I'd be glad. Though I personally use OpenOffice Calc, which is not as popular as Excel. (I think OO can convert Excel sheets to its own format with some degree of success.)

    Edit: don't know if this is the right forum for this message.

    Here is my template. I've started the business just a few weeks ago so I'm not experienced at all. However I love stats.

    The attached file is .ods (Open Office Calc) but I could convert it to Excel later if wanted.

    Some explanation:
    rekattu = registered
    sisään = deposit
    ulos = withdraw
    voitto = winning
    aika = duration
    tuntipalkka = salary per hour

    The first chart is demonstrating swings, mean is the horizontal line and regression is the red one (useless with this little data).

    The second chart shows the cumulative EV and winnings. In my case I've been below the EV for my whole history.

    Please give suggestions how to develop it. I will improve the outlook (add some colours etc) at least.

    I've upgraded my template. Here's an ugly out-zoomed screenshot of it.

    Thanks for ideas, Hano.

    Here you go. I didn't get excel to support transparency in chart so EV is just a line in the winning chart.

    So fill these columns by your data: Cash-in, Bonus, Cash-ou, EV, Playing time, USD / EUR ratio and you should get the rest automatically.
