What? You really lost everything? What`s MB telling you?

I think it`s very important to use different passwords in casinos and e-wallets. Probably everyone in casino customer support can see your password in some places. Personally I have the same pw in almost every casino/poker room but totally different ones in email/NT/MB.

I really lost everything. I have different passwords in casinos/NT and MB but I cannot understand how that happened. I have post 2 mails to Moneybookers support without answer. I said that close my account and cancel all pending money transfers. I really hope that I can get my money back.

I just got information that my account is closed and MB security team has contacted all merchants who received money from it. I sent all required documents and handwritten paper to MB security team which authorized them to change my primary E-mail address to new address. Now I have to just wait that they accept the documents and I get my account open. I donīt know yet do I get my money back and if I get I donīt know when. I think that I know much more after the next E-mail from Moneybookers. Iīam quite a sure that everything will be fine

Were you too lazy to take scans and send them to Neteller like many other?

I consider random 18 numbers and a password safer than just an email and a password... Also Neteller has an automatic system that freezes the account if someone logins to your account from foreign country.

I got following message from MB security team and if I understood right I will get my money back

For the fraudulent transactions made from your account was used a credit card MASTERCARD <xxxxxxxxxx> added from the hacker. So there are no loses from your side.
We would advice, that you open a new account with us, because this one is already compromised.

I got that message on last friday and after that I have send many messages about money returning to Moneybookers without any answer. Nevertheless Iīam not worried yet because Moneybookers have very slow support. I have also noticed that they answer nothing to many E-mails. I think that now I maybe have to just wait and wait. Shame that Moneybookers donīt have live support like Neteller.
