    Today I got new info that I will not get my money back

    I got following message:
    Thank you for your prompt response.
    After we have conducted a detailed investigation within our system and contacted all the merchants that have recieved funds from your account, we regret to inform you that there has been a communication error and despite our efforts to arrange a refund, all merchants that have receiveed funds are unable to restore the funds.
    Please accept our most sincere apologies about your loss.We would like to assure that we have taken all necessary precautions to avoid such cases in the future.
    You may continue to use your new account at any time and enter your new details there.
    If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

    Wtf? That communication error sounds like total bs to me...Why the merchants are unable to restore?

    Does anyone know are there a lot of these kind of cases with MB ? Compared to NT ?

    I have my roll like 6 to 1 in MB compared to NT and I`m thinking of switching it vice versa as there`s the new awesome NT Mastercard.

    There has definitely been more these cases with MB than Neteller.

    Have you informed police? I'm not 100 % sure but if I remember correctly other cases what has happened to Finnish players is that these "hackers" have quite often been Finnish citizens. It could help try to pressure MB that you will going to let police handle this case. Police could get all the needed information and you could get your money back if the stealer is Finnish.

    I cannot understand. I called more info and said that they have 14 days time to return my money or I will report to UK Financial Services Authority, Finnish police and public media. Does anybody have better ideas what I would to do?
    I haveīt got answer to my E-mail yet.

    Yes I made report about hacker to police last week. Nobody in police station didīt even know what is Moneybookers I just have to wait that the police will return to that.

    Just unbelievable! I can't believe they can act like that..

    I have heard many times people having strange problems with MB.. locking account without any reason and asking for explanations of transactions and things like that. Sometimes also normal support is quite slow. With VIP account support usually works better (they also claim they will answer in 24h if you have VIP account).

    Now all the VIPs with huge bankroll should send email to MB, refer to your case and ask if the same is going to happen with them or should they transfer all the money to Neteller.

    I really don't know what to do in your case. I think police cannot really help you. Maybe some UK authorities..

    Why keep all the money in e-wallet? Playing these bonuses doesnt require tens of thousands of Euros in MB account. A few hundred is enough and if you happen to lose them all then just deposit more. Interest is much better in a normal bank account.

    edit: AND PMmarkus, Good luck for getting the money back! Dont give up!
