As a new member of neteller I have some questions about the account registeration system. How long it usually takes to confirm the address? I send the files for a week ago and they havent answered yet. I could send money and start playing neteller casinos, but I decided to wait until they confirm my account and I can actually withdraw my money. Some could say overcautious, but I prefer safe than sorry.

But if some recently registered could tell how long does it take I would be happy.

It took nine days for me to get my address accepted. First I sent normal bill, but they didn't accept it. I had to order a bank statement separately so the whole process lasted almost month. But when I sent a bank statement photo, it took nine days.

It took around a week to get my information accepted. Next step was just to wait for them to call me but after 10 days nothing. I contacted NETELLER agent via Live Chat and the call came within one hour.

I registered to neteller 11 days ago and my account is still frozen. few days after registeration they called and asked to send some documents. I sent the documents right after the phonecall. On the phone they said it will take 4-5 businessdays to check my documents. after 5 days I contacted them via live chat and they said It will take 5-10 days to check my documents SO IF YOU MAKE NETELLER ACCOUNT, PREPARE TO WAIT WEEKS.

Does neteller require those documents nowdays immediately? I have been member like 6 months but they havent asked anything from me. It only took some phone calls to identify myself.

At last summer phone was: 00800 7767 63430, i think that is still valid number and it is free of charge.
They will open your account right away when they ask few questions.

Does anyone have the prepaid card? I got an e-mail today that says "Your Prepaid Card has been shipped" and that it should arrive "within 21 days".

I cant believe that sending it can take up to 21 days so do you guys have any experience about it recently?

After 10 days of waiting I contacted Neteller via livechat AGAIN and asked to clarify the state of my account. For some reason they hadn't checked my documents and asked me to send them again. I sent them again and this time the response came in three days but all my documents were invalid To save you some time, I listed things to remember when sending documents to neteller:

-Send BOTH sides of your identity card (drivers lisence)
-Bills must be issued within the last 3 months clearly displaying your name and address
-They don't accept ONLINE bills or bank statements
-documents must be in color ja full view ( 4 corners visible)
