Yes they accept bank statements. Or do you mean online bank statements or something?

Black&white scanned bank statement was accepted naturally.

Yes I ment that they don't accept online bank statements (or any online documents).

Concerning to drivers lisence, this is what they wrote to me in e-mail:
"...please provide full and clear view of an original color scan of a valid passport/ front & back of driver’s license/front & back of identity card..."

Does anyone have the prepaid card? I got an e-mail today that says "Your Prepaid Card has been shipped" and that it should arrive "within 21 days".

I cant believe that sending it can take up to 21 days so do you guys have any experience about it recently?

I have had card now for bout 2 months and belive me, it can take 21 days to 2 months like mine did

I got my card today. It took 2 weeks after the "should arrive in 21 days" e-mail so it was fine.

I immediately had a problem with it and I e-mailed the first-pay.com support and it was awesome! Replys came in like less than 5 minutes and everything went smoothly

Im a bit disappointed now. So it takes about one day to transfer money from Neteller to that prepaid card + some fees? WTF? I dont care about the fees but how is it possible that the money doesnt transfer immediately? Why cant it be made like a normal Neteller payment to First-pay.com like it is done to casinos etc... just stupid but I believe theres some good reason for it.

Usually you can't withdraw to a different method than you make a deposit from gaming companys. Only exception I know is NoIQ Poker, which allows bank withdrawals also if deposit method has been different.

In Centrebet and EuroCasinoBet it's also possible. Probably works in bwin too, I'm not sure. But I'm sure you have to play some in every site before withdrawing so I'd recommend you to pay the 7,5 fee or withdraw to a Neteller card.

A bit off-topic but what would be a casino where I could deposit with MB but withdraw to Neteller? I heard PFgames would be one but I don`t like the idea to wait 4 weeks.
