I tried withdrawal from golden palace via wire transfer but support mailed me that withdrawal information was incorrect or incomplete but they didn't spesify which information. So what do I have to type in these:

Your IBAN must contain your Finnish account number. That's what worked for me at least.

Let's say my Finnish account number is 11111-22222 and my bank tells my IBAN is FI081111100022222, I had to convert IBAN to FI081111122222 in Golden Palace.

First withdraw took 6 weeks in total (because of several cancels). Second 3 weeks. One week to approve it and then 2 weeks more the transfer.

And account name is your own name.
