Here is 25x 100 EUR bonus, THB allowed.

There were couple of times connection problems during the bonus clearing when I lost any chips put on the game table.

Still I turned over this but the bonus money did not come to my main account.

Then I contacted to live chat support.

Live chat first answered that THB is not allowed. But he changed his mind (because of my complaining) and he finally said:

"My mistake, it is a card game. Yeah your correct that it should turnover. In this case please send us an email to support@jetbull.com and technical will have a look at you account and make the necessary corrections."

So I sent this e-mail below to support and now I am waiting their answer:

Hello Support,

I made my first deposit to casino and got 100 EUR bonus.

I have turned over it now (2500 EUR), but still my account details show that bonus turned over amount is 0.

"In order to cash out the bonus you must wager at least Twenty five (25) times the bonus amount. Bets placed in the following games: All Blackjack, Baccarat, Rollem, All Video Pokers and Roulette do not fulfill player’s obligations towards wagering requirements."

I followed these rules, I did not play these games above.

Please, can you fix this problem and give me my bonus money?

Suppor answered:

"I have calculated that you have bet 2030EUR towards your bonus so you
have 470EUR left before you have met the terms to get the bonus.
Can you play the last 470EUR using the 'bonus button' and when you have
reached your target of 2500EUR in bets the bonus will be awarded to you."

I played this 470 EUR clearing but after this support new answer was this:

"Thank you for contacting Jetbull support team.
The casino bonus is set up on an automated system. I am sorry we cannot
add the amount that you bet with real money to the bonus turnover. once
you have turned the bonus 25x the balance will automatically be added to
your real account. If you have any further questions, please let me know."

So I do not get this bonus.

Well, thats some bull****. I was thinking about that Jetbull betting bonus, but i think i just let it be.
