OK, I seem to have misinterpreted the terms. Their FAQ page seems to be out of date, however. Blackjack and video poker are allowed.

A little ambiguous, eh? It should read "...maximum amount of monthly bonus which is €30", I suppose?

The Eurocasinobet monthly was in fact up to €100 and not €30, until a few days ago. I can confirm this, since I received a €100 bonus some days ago myself. It wasn't stated clearly if it was €30 or €100 before, but now they changed it to clearly state it's €30.
