Casino account freezing (assets taken)

I was wondering that is here anyone who have had his casino account freezed and all the asset taken by the casino?

What was the reason? How did you play? (ex. playing different games, going over the WR, chancing bet sizes, how much you deposited, how much was the bonus, how quickly you made a withdraw..) What casino?

I didnt found any good thread about this so i decided to make my own..

I dont play any bonuses if I have to be afraid of that I wont get my money back if I happen to win something.

I got banned from future bonuses by a couple of casinos, nothing big. I never had winnings seized though or accounts frozen or closed, just no more bonuses. I was welcome to play 'normally'.
