Casino Club CHEATS!!!

I got a bonus offer from Casino Club titled Get Happy at 27.4.

"Monthly Reload Deposit
Another month of the year is about to come to a close and as usual CasinoClub is having its Monthly Reload Bonus. You will receive a 100% regular bonus of up to 50 Euro on your first deposit for May. May it be a very good month for you."

I deposited €50 at 1th day. I have sent them 3 emails and they haven't responded. They probably will not answer ever. 8 days is too long to wait for a simple answer. They are cheaters.

I have tilted badly couple of times at Casino Club so I'm 100% confidente that I haven't been bonus banned. (And if I would anyway, why they keep sending me offers?)

My suggestion is that you play only the +EV bonuses they offer and if you don't receive the bonus as promised, don't contact support but withdraw immediately without playing all your money. The support won't answer, that's sure.

what was the e-mail address you mailed them? I have always had an answer in less than half an hour, and all promised bonuses credited. Even managed to withdraw 650€ from the 50€ reload this week

Edit: Just sent 4th mail to every 3 email address I found... I bet they won't respond.

Hahaha, I see they answered in 30 minutes and I got the bonus! The answer came from support@casinoclub.com but I'm sure the key was to send mail to all their addresses.

I wouldn't use the word "cheat" there. Poor customer service sure, but when I hear about cheating I expect it to be about the game itself not about support taking a long time to credit small bonuses.

When I made this topic, I had sent 3 emails and waited 8 days without answer so I was very mad. You are right though, it's not cheating and if I could change the title now, I would definitely remove the word "cheats".

I'm writing this now because just had a positive experience with Casino Club. I requested the monthly bonus, got it after 30 minutes or so, won semi-big and it only took 1 business day for the funds to appear. So they don't cheat!
