Bet24 representative asked me to put information up that bonuses are not added automatically when deposit is made, but Bet24 adds them manually every 48 hours, so you have to wait some time before bonus is added to your account. So no need to email them, just have to wait a bit after deposit. If deposit is made during weekend, you have to wait until Monday to get bonus credited.
