The bonus is withdrawable. I asked from support and they confirmed it. Just finished wagering and made a cashout request.

All bonuses must be wagered a minimum amount of times before they are converted into real money. Once converted, they can be withdrawn.

That site is too buggy for my taste. First they don't encrypt your password when you are creating it and then they encrypt it when you give it second time.
When I was ready to register and I gave my details and pushed register button nothing happened. It just didn't go through.
It seems that they are owned by the same company as CasinoClub and Betaland.

Ffs my pop up blocker blocked the first deposit try and had to try again and didn't get the bonus. I guess the system counted it as a second deposit, hope the support can add it manually...

I don`t have a good feeling about this... In my calculations it should take about 4 hours with 5€ bets and I have probably played double that and it doesn`t come withdrawable. And support is not answering to emails at least not in 24hours.

barto85's statement above it being withdrawable is all I know...Haven't tried it myself.
