I'm new to these casino bonuses and i have cleared WH and casino on-net and they went great.then i started to play unibet signup bonus and played about half of the amount required in couple of days. i asked from the chat that how much i have wagered and they said that none!

They had "forgot" to credit my bonus to my account when i signed in,and the wagerin starts only after when they have released the amount to my account.

So i played about half of the bonus and that didn' count. i asked that is it fair that i have to pay for someone else's "fault"?answer was:sorry there'snothing that we can do. i had to start again wagering the bonus.


So make sure that you don't start to play the bonus before they have credited the bonus to your account!!!

Fortunately that was only 6e mistake. You are not the only one who didnt get the bonus automatically. I guess there is something wrong with their system. Fortunately support is really good.

I got a reload from Unibet which restricts bj but it still seems to be allowed in sub so I`m not sure what`s the situation.

For me that sounds very clear. U follow now T&Cs of this particular promo and don't play BJ...

And that's a bull****. They have had couple good SUBs + at least two good reload (second was 100% up to 300€) + some sportsbook bonus in last few months, what is more than good enough for me.

Didnt have that 100% 300€ and been customer for 3 years now, mostly getting those ridiculous offers. Should gather those 3€ together and put up atleast decent monthly instead.

You probably got that 50€ sports bonus. Casino money should come automatically when you transfer it.
