Casino-on-net's new restriction added. The new rule for finns (and several other countries) is to wager second part of the bonus 30x. This makes the total wagering for finns: $4500 to get second part credited + $3000 to get it out = $7500 = 37.5xB.

I will add a note on this to Beginner's List too.

I think sub100 is at least 1 year old so there is no point to discuss about it, everything has been changed already a long time ago.
