There is many casinos on your EEA list which have lisence from Isle of Man. Isle of Man is not EEA but in some cases it can be complicated they may have some lisences from mainland.

Could you tell which ones for example?

However, it is still a bit unclear how it`s defined, from the license or where the company is registered to so I listed those to EEA if the company is in London for example.

I think one couldn`t be taxed from those because you have a VERY good reason to believe they belong to EEA. But this is just guessing. No one knows for sure.

I made a change in term ETA -> EEA (European Economic Area) to make it correct english. Obviously this post is mainly targeted for finnish players since tax regulations are different in each EU-country (for example in UK all gambling winnings are tax free).

I haven't took a look in detail your list how correct it is. It is also still a bit unclear if it is enough that a company behind the site is registered in EEA country OR does site have to have a casino license in EEA license (Malta's LGA for example) OR both.

There is a rumour around that finnish tax regulator will publish a list of EEA/non-EEA poker rooms (some casino sites are among these too of course) in near future, so from it we can see what criteria is really important.

Yeah but they both are owned by UK companies so I put them to EEA category though it is not sure.
