As some of you might know, PokerStars helds once a year so called WCOOP poker tournament series with ~20 tournaments with big prizepools.

Last year in the main event of this series, the winner vas username "the V0id", which belongs to Natalie Teltscher, a sister of well-known poker pro Mark Teltscher.

After the tournament, PokerStars run a routine security check, and came to a conclusion that Natalie wasnŽt playing herself on her account, but her brother was playing on her account the whole tourney. This is against PokerStars tournament T&C, so PokerStars disqualified the player and took her winnings. Also all the other players were bumped up one spot in the prize ladder.

Now, Natalie is sueing PokerStars because of this (I think the point is that does PokerStars T&C has the power of law) trying to get her (his) winnings back.

WeŽll see what will happen in this case in the future.
