This TonyBliar guy used to play high stakes hold em before, at least NL200/400 at FT. He also played this hand against Pr1nnyraid few times ago... Don't know was he just fooling around or what was he doing in both your and in that HE hand...

I will continue to write to this November thread until all the tournaments mentioned in the OP are over.

So, I didn't play the $1000 tournament. Story was following. I decided that I will play three qualifier tourneys to the tournament the same day (Saturday). Aim was of course to win hopefully more than one ticket.

First there was $50 tourney with unlimited rebuys first hour + add-on. Two seats guaranteed. Only 16 participants, 6-max tables. I busted my first double buy-in to some standard outdraw, but managed to gain the chiplead after taking standard double re-buy. The players were completely awful, like couldn't likely beat PLO2 or so. When the add-on break hit, there was only 7 players left and nice 25% overlay on 2 seats guarantee, since many players didn't rebuy at all and only 4/7 took the add-on.

When there was 4 left, I had 18.5k stack and rest of the table had 20k combined. And all of them were awful. And then I couldn't win effing single hand!

First guy pushed ATJ3 all clubs against my QQXXss and won.

Then same guy pushed AKQX vs my AAKX, board obviously 7KQQ7.

Then next hand I had X7XX against A88X on A77 flop all-in, turn X, river 8.

In the last hand I had JT87ds against KQT3ss, board came A627K.


So finished 4th in that qualifier and -$250. I tilted so bad from this, not from the moneytary loss, but from the fact that player were so awful that when 4 players were left the ticket is a 100% lock if we play a game where luck has no role. I shut down the computer and decided not to play other tourneys at all but to go to bar instead. Good decision for sure, since that was cheaper for sure.

Out of interest I took a look the day after how two donks who managed to get tickets from that qualifier placed in the main tournament and their finishing positions were 155/156 and 130/156.


Well, I'll tell more about a prob bet made at bar poker freeroll the same night and other stuff in next entry then. I will also play the two remaining tourneys mentioned in the first post of the thread, so hopefully will get something good out of them.

I didn't play the 6.12 ECOOP PLO tourney - I was too tired from yesterday's night out so I decided to skip it.

Donkament results were not expected but that's the nature of PLO tournaments. One needs a ton of luck in addition to playing solid.

I was close in Ladbrokes tourney and honestly felt that I should have deserved more but luck was not on my side.

In other ways, November wasn't a great month either. I guess I ended up like $4k or so in total only, which is bad compared to the fact that I played ~14k hands plus those few donkaments. In the end of the month I felt my game started to be in great form though so I expect good results next year (if I have some time to grind, not so sure about that).

Christmas...well, for me it is not full of gambling atleast. I'd be surprised if I get 3k hands in this month. Currently we are 1/3 in for the month and I have under 1k hands logged in and I am sure I don't have many days to play if any basically this month anymore. Maybe a bit during Christmas holidays.

A good thing is that I am up already $2.7k in these ~1k hands, so I can pay expenses for the month with poker. Won this big hand today at PLO500 full ring today. Had nice 61% equity on flop in a three way pot and it held.

What else...well there are finally coming some content updates here at WG this month that we have been waiting for and also I was about to write about something else, but I already totally forgot it LOL. Well, I write in the next entry if I remind until then what I was planning to write about.

Nice 870€ profit.


EDIT: Put still $100 to Roma - Bordeaux X @ 3.75 as an entertainment bet (not value bet like two above). On half-time score is 0-0.
EDIT2: Lost that bet. Still 690€ profit from days bets.

God I am angry to neteller. Missed a few good bets because their transfer system has been down for several hours now.

Got drunk yesterday, haven't yet eaten anything for the whole day so maybe it would be time . Won 70€ at blackjack in a night club (wohoo), so free night basically.

My friend is at EPT Praha and participates tonight's 2000€+100€ NLHE side event. I bought 10% from him. Let's hope luckbox is on his side (LOL donkaments). EDIT: OUT already
