Hey guys, I got my nl100 HU video done which I hope will improve your game. I haven't played much texas holdem, but yesterday I was only going to play a little, but right off the bat I lose an all-in pf with my 99 against AQ at nl2k which puts me down for the session, then after this I kind of get coolered with QQ against someones KK at nl1k and am 3k down like 15mins into the session.
Now I really seem to have a problem to accept a losing session, I don't even get it myself I mean the games will be there tomorrow, but no I can't quit. I continue to grind and a few times I actually manage to get very close to even again only to drop down again, I finally quit the session at 7 am and go to bed, being 3k down. But today I wake up and check the tables to see a big fish just joining nl4k. I quickly take the seat on his left and in a few minutes the table is full. He has 3400 when this hand comes up. Everyone folds to him in the SB and he completes, I raise to 120 in the big blind with AQo, he calls. The flop is Q84r, he checks, I bet 180, he raises to like 550, I call. The turn is a beautiful ace, putting a flush draw out there, he checks, I bet 900, he calls. The river is a Q making me the seconds nuts, he shoves into me and I have an easy call, he shows Q9o and the pot comes my way. So now I'm finally even and I still decide play some nl1k and manage to win like 1500 more there. So pretty nice on that part.
Later today I entered the ECOOP PLO event, while playing 5 tables of plo400 and 600 at the same time. I get a great start, making top set twice and manage to build a pretty big stack when this hand comes down against another big stack, I open KdKc5d3c and get one call, the blinds fold. The flop is what dreams are made of, Ad 4d 2c, giving me the nuts with the nut flush draw, I cbet, he raises and I push all-in, he shows me AA42, which has about 29% equity against me. The turn is a blank and the river is the fourth ace and I'm out. Kind of sucks as had I won that pot I would have been in the top10 with chips. But at the same time I manage to book a pretty good win at the PLO cash games, so my stats become a little bit prettier, but I still have a long way to go.

As some of you know I managed to win the ECOOP main event, and am now waiting for the bracelet to arrive home to me. Never could I've imagined when the tournament started that 14 hours later, I would be the winner.
At the beginning of tournament I wasn't paying too much attention to it as I had like 7 other tournaments running also. I had an early doubleup but then slowly lost chips, and it didn't seem to be going that great. As hours passed I started dropping out of the other tournaments, until the only tourney I was playing was the ECOOP. It started going better and I ran pretty good, and suddenly realised I might have a shot to go deep in this tournament. When the final table came closer I had been playing all night and it all just seemed like a dream when people just dropped out 1 by 1. When the screen popped up "Congratulations you are the winner" I couldnt really believe it.
I'm gonna write about some of the key hands:
blinds are at 500/1000, I only have 11k in the small blind with AKs.
UTG+2 shoves for 8k, everyone folds to me, I shove, big blinds folds. UTG+2 shows A4s, I manage my hand holds up and I almost double up.
blinds are at 1.5k/3k, I have AKo in the hijack with 55k and open to 7111, folded to big blind who reraises to 18k, I shove, bb calls with QQ. Flop comes 6s 3d 2s and I'm like fawk. turn 3s, river Js and ship it to me with the flush!
blinds at 4k/8k, everyone folds to me on the button with QQ and a 170k stack, I open to 19111, sb folds, big blind has me covered and shoves AJo, my hand holds up and I make a very important double up
at the final table:
blinds at 20k/40k, an aggressive button shoves and has me covered, I wake up with KQs in the big blind with about 12big blinds, I think I'm ahead of buttons range and decide to call, he flips over A3o, I flop a king and it holds up. very important double up for me that puts me over one million in chips.
blinds at 20k/40k, 4handed, CO folds, I open QQ on the button to 100k, SB folds and the big blind goes all-in for 770k. It's a standard resteal for less than 20 big blinds so I'm happy to call, he flips over A4s and my hand holds up. So it's down to 3handed.
now a very big hand comes up, button folds, I'm dealt Q7o in the big blind. Blinds at 20k/40k, and the SB opens to only 100k, I know he is very aggressive and I might even have the best hand. I only have to call 60k more to a pot of 200k to play postflop in position with about 2 million behind. I decide to call. Flop comes TJQr, so I make top pair and he continuation bets for 120k into 200k, I call. The turn brings an interesting card, the seven of diamonds which now puts a flush draw there and makes me 2pair, he now checks. I think I have to bet to protect my hand on this drawy board, I bet 320k into 440k and he shoves the rest of it in, about 2 million. Now there is going tons of thoughts through my mind and I just beg for a longer timebank. I think he is capable of doing this with some sort of draw, or he might have an overpair. Also it's not easy to make 2pair in blind vs blind and 50 big blinds deep I decide I have the best hand and call. He flips over KK so he still has alot of outs but the river is a pretty offsuit six and a monster pot is dragged my way.
We get down to headsup, and I'm feeling confident with a 2 to 1 chiplead. Although here the things get worse, I start losing smaller pots and he keeps outflopping me. He manages to get a 2 to 1 chiplead when this hand comes up where I get very lucky.
blinds 25k/50k, he opens to 150k, I call with JsQh, the flop comes 4h7hAh, so I make the second nut flush draw. At this point I decide it is time to take a stand, he has been running me over, he cbets 150k, I raise to 450k, he calls. the turn is an ugly 3d, the pot is now 1.2 million, I have about 1.3 million left, I could just check and fold but I think there is still alot of hands he folds if I fire the turn, I thought about just shoving all-in, but i think it looks too much like a draw so instead I made a comitting bet 650k, he shoved all-in and I called, he shows AQo for top pair, but the river is a beautiful ten of hearts and I double up.
3 hands after this we come to the final hand, I'm in the big blind with TT, he opens to 150k I reraise to 400k, he calls. The flop comes J8Tr, making me middle set, I cbet 400k into 800k, he shoves all-in and I call so fast I almost break my mouse. He flips over KQo for an open ended straight draw. I manage to dodge the straight cards and emerge victorious!
That is just so sickIt must have felt freakin awesome, gratz!
As already told before, Jeans started to serve his military service in early July, so he won´t be updating his blog anymore.
Good luck to Jeans in everything in his life - he has told us that he is lurking and possibly participating too on Winner Gambling forums in the future too (while he´s on weekend vacations from military).
Congratulations to Jens Kyllönen for EPT Copenhagen victory!
If you want to deliver some message to him, I am in contact with him weekly, so he will read this (maybe after victory hangover, LOL).

Had a chance to chat with (and congratulate) Jens briefly today. Some confirmed information from him:
* Gets 100% of the winnings for himself (no exchanging action or such). He gets entry fees paid as a part of his current sponsorship deal, but that does not include giving away part of the winnings - [my own speculation]after this win his sponsorships might change to even better of course[/speculation].
* He paid ~18,000€ as a tip (service fee) from his winnings for the casino (= that's 2% from winnings on top of the already paid high rake - pretty sick IMO!) - he said that the casino was basically "forcing" it. Outrageous demand from the casino, IMO. Can't blame Jens for paying it in that victory rush though, would have paid it myself too likely as an EPT rookie in that situation without thinking.
